Sunday THE SEPTEMBER 19….scared ! Still optimistic

Sunday, September 19, 2010 | by Aditya Bhasin |

The morning today came to be different no one was at home I woke up around 9.30 AM and what i could see was heavy rain and the very first thing that came to my mind was shit man why rain games are just some days away this will  must bring problem all around city especially near and around games village , then i turned to news and yes happened as expected by me news channel reporters were almost swimming in the water trying to show the worst possible(self-made) scenarios and the reason why i say self made is because reporters are now been trained especially to sensationalize the news best way possible so all they were doing was there ‘job’.
It was the around 11.45 AM and as usually i was watching news and it came up BREAKING NEWS FIRING AT CHANDNI CHOWK IN FRONT OF JAMA MASJID TWO FORIEGN TOURIST INJURIED i took it very casually as i thought that this must be some personal revelries among people there and by mistake the foreign tourist were injured but in other hand the fact that games are approaching soon so this will became a for sure concern among tourist and sports persons coming to India which some where or else will for sure have a adverse effect and continuing the thing the news came up FIRE IN A CAR NEAR JAMA MASID PRESSURE COOKER FOUND firstly news people also didn't take it much seriously and so do i but later it came to be a possible car bomb attack  and by the time I could write this post the Email from I.M was sent to BBC stating that “Do the commonwealth well if you can” This thing do create a sense of fear in everyone's mind but somewhere there is a positive vibe in the mind and the soul that whatever games going to be well and nothing can create a setback for the games  I’m sure government must have tithed the belts by now and must have doubled the security wherever possible by now.
I really believe that whosoever is connected to the games directly or indirectly must have this thing for sure in his/her mind and soul “More then my responsibility of managing the games  my personal duty is to give an effort the best possible way i can to make this games an excellent event”
